After training in France and embracing the spirit of French cooking, our chef returned to Japan. In 2003, Chef Kashiwagi placed third in the global championship for "Prix Culinaire International Pierre Taittinger," and he demonstrated his culinary skills in a number of other competitions. He personally visits the manufacturing facility to feel the ingredients and smell the aromas in order to fulfill his belief in "really visiting to the actual location and making efforts in searching for culinary ingredients." Please enjoy our evolving "contemporary and traditional" French cuisine, which uses great faith in food sources to produce delicious food to consumers. We can prepare halal dishes if you make a reservation in advance, thus we encourage Muslim customers to do so.
